Broadway Market in London Fields, opened its doors in November 2017. A French bistro with a twist, Sans Pere Broadway Market has created a menu perfect for those with a sweet tooth, offering up a unique and vibrant selection of cocktails, desserts and specialist coffees.
A menu of classic and seasonal desserts has been created by head pastry chef, Roberto Mele, who drew influence from his background at The Fat Duck and Alan Yau’s Park Chinois. Alongside savoury plates, the vibrant dessert menu features firm favourites such as creme brulee and affogato, punctuated with exciting and experimental sweet options. Guests are invited to experience culinary delights such as the mandarin and olive oil mille-feuille with homemade lemon verbena ice-cream, a raspberry, milk chocolate and earl grey entremet or a vegan mint pana cotta with beetroot foam and chocolate soil.
Innovative, French inspired cocktails are paired with each dessert. The cocktails incorporate homemade ingredients alongside classic French ingredients.
We have worked with Origin to create Sans Pere’s very own custom house blend. The rich chocolate and caramel notes go perfectly with our viennoiseries, made by our chefs every morning.
From 12pm, we serve a range of light savoury plates. From lunch dishes to sharing platters to go with your evening tipple, everything is made in-house using the highest quality ingredients.
