Our patisserie have been designed and created in-house by our team of chocolatiers and expert pastry chefs, headed up by Jordan Duclaut and Roberto Mele. We use the best ingredients to create our signature patisserie which are simple, elegant, bite-sized and made in-house everyday.
We make our viennoiseries fresh every morning, using the best ingredients including high quality chocolate and French butter to create croissants, pain au chocolat, escargot and brioche which are perfectly crisp on the outside and deliciously soft and light on the inside.
